Books - J. Scott vs. David Greene

I am currently reading David Greene's BRRR book, but my interests, in the short term anyway, are more Fix and Flip.

For those that have read both David's book and J. Scott's book on flipping, is it worth switching gears and reading J. Scott's instead? I know the BRRR book has and entire section devoted to the rehab.
