Vinyl siding has me worried...
Hello, I might submit an offer on a 1940's fixer in a great neighborhood. My biggest concern with the house is the siding. I have not completed any formal inspections yet, but the siding is vinyl and I'm worried about what might be underneath. Any thoughts on what might be going on?
Also, do you have any benchmarks for what it might cost to replace the siding? Thanks! altogether? The house is a two bedroom one bath 900 square-foot house
