What to look for in a Farm Area?

Hi all!

I am trying to get my foot in the door and I am looking for an area to target in either the Pueblo West/Colorado Springs/Denver area for fix and flips!

Is there anything in an area that you look for before exploring an area? What are some indicators to consider for fix and flips?

From there I will look into finding a realtor to find that “diamond in the rough”. Any advice would be appreciated!

I agree with @Hamp Lee III...you do not need a Realtor for this. At least not yet. Maybe not at all.

Drive for dollars as @Alan F. said. That's how you find the best properties....a Realtor does not have time to do this for you, nor do they care enough....
