Investors what’s your BIGGEST problem in your day to day

Hey Investors — I’m working on something in the Real Estate Investment space and want to hear directly from active investors.

If you’re doing fix & flips consistently, I’m curious:

1. Where are you finding your best deals right now?

- MLS? Auctions? Wholesalers? Direct mail? Driving for dollars?

- Any new tactics working for you in this market?

2. What are the biggest time-wasters or headaches in your day-to-day?

- Is it deal analysis? Finding comps? Running the numbers? Managing contractors?

- Anything you wish a tool or system would just do for you?

I’m trying to understand what problems are still unsolved especially ones that keep showing up even if you’ve been in the game a while.
Appreciate any insight you can drop. If there’s something really painful, I’d love to dig in deeper and see if it’s worth building a solution around it.
