Looking to Improve My Deal Flow in the Cleveland Area — Open to Your Advice
Hi everyone,
My name is Assaf, already introduced myself :)
I’m an active real estate investor focusing on Fix & Flip projects in West Cleveland, Lorain, and West Akron.
I’m currently working on two active deals and looking to expand my pipeline to close at least four more deals this year.
One of the challenges I’m facing is that many properties on the market (MLS) are priced too high to make the numbers work for solid flips. I believe the key is to gain better access to Off-Market and Wholesale deals.
I’d really appreciate any insights from this amazing community:
- How do you consistently generate deal flow in your markets?
- What strategies, connections, or platforms (beyond MLS) do you recommend for finding below-market opportunities?
- Do you know of any reliable wholesalers in the areas I’m targeting?
- Any additional tips to help me find deals faster and smarter would be greatly appreciated!
