Just wanted to open a discussion and hear how your current projects are going. Lately, I’ve noticed that even with solid planning, we’re still hitting unexpected delays — from inspection backups to sudden material shortages.

For example, we had to swap flooring options mid-project last month because the original choice was suddenly out of stock for 6 weeks. That pushed back other trades and stretched the timeline more than expected.

What issues are you running into?
