Should I negative reply to contractors proposals?
When you get an proposal from a contractor, do you follow up and tell them why you chose not to go with their company?
If I was the contractor I'd like the feedback.

You need to contact them ASAP! Don't 't leave them hanging if you expect to work with them again. You don't have to say why, you can say the contract has been let, thank them for the effort and look forward to possibly working with them in the future. :)
