For those of you who are actively flipping in 2025 — what shifts are you noticing in the market compared to the past couple of years?

Some things I’ve been hearing about:

• More investors targeting smaller starter homes since affordability is tight

• Buyers looking for energy-efficient updates and modern finishes

• Holding times stretching longer in some markets because of interest rates

• Rising renovation costs changing how people budget for flips
