National Residential House Flipping via Internet

Hi everyone - I'm the typical young, new guy

I am very curious about the idea of flipping properties around the country in states other than your own. Many real estate investors today are finding markets that are more profitable than their local towns. They may take a few short term trips or complete the whole project via the internet.

I want to learn more about this, but am having trouble finding good resources. I'm really trying to target more small scale, entrepreneurial ventures. People who are doing it now or just getting started. I'd love to learn where these people network with people out-of-state - work with real estate agents - do due diligence - Really anythingg.

If anybody knows of a good website, forum, podcast, book, company, thoughts, ideas... please share it!
