I have 3-4 deadbolt lock /door knob without keys. Is there anyway, I can have keys done for these locks and use it again for other property as replacement lock?

yes, any locksmith can rekeying them.  Our local lumber yard will rekeying them for $2.00.

I have a rekeying set for kwikset locks, so I do my own.  I got tired of driving to get them done. It is really simple.
