Paper flooring for a rehab?

Just ran across a way to update your flooring and stay way down on budget called paper flooring. I will link to it in a minute, but has anyone ever tried it on their rehab? Seems to be very durable and looks very nice. Also, an entire house (1100 +/-) can be done for less than $200.00. Thoughts? Paper Flooring How-To
