Need Help in Deciding Exterior Paint Color for my new Fix & Flip in Indianapolis!
This will be our new fix and flip property. Trying to decide if I should:
- 1) Paint the exterior, if so, what color?
- 2) Keep it as it is?
What do you think?

It looks good to me, I would leave it as is. Maybe add some black window shutters, I think that would give it some more street appeal and would be much cheaper.
