I'm looking to invest in a fix and flip property, and not limiting myself to local. We are looking for the current hottest flip markets around the country. Ideally I want to purchase a house in a hot market, which I can live in while I fix. Has anyone ever purchased a flip far from where they are based?? Any suggestions on hot flippers markets (warm weather preferred)?? Would appreciate any input thank.
