Finding appropriate properties

Virginia class "a" remodeling contractor, 40 yrs experience, have flipped (2) houses since i became interested in flipping. Have found that for me estimating "fix up" and managing the project is no problem for me but having a hard time finding appropriate properties. Have found (1) agent who has worked hard to find (2) properties but need to ramp it up. Funding isn't a problem.    Any suggestions?
