Staging Costs
I am down to the last bit of work left on my latest rehab project and am giving serious thought to staging it. My questions are...
1. Can anyone give ball park figures on what you pay for staging? Does this include full staging or just common areas/master bed&bath? The house is 2600 square feet, 4bed, 3bath, split level. Price range around 175,000.
2. Can any vets out there provide links or resources to statistics on the cost/time benefits of staging a listing?
