Hi,

Just bought our first 5 buy and hold properties in Houston. Watching the MLS it seems that some folks are flipping inside the loop. Any BP folks doing it? Just curious what kind of margins and what strategies you are using. Is it all you do? Saw 3 lots get taken off today so was curious.
