My current project has wood windows, and seems like many of the custom size. Once house will be completed it will be sold for $500k+. Question is, should I replace current windows, or try to polish them, etc..?

For a 500k home you should definitely put in new windows it will cost you 2-3k depending on pricing in your area. Thats my opinion.

One less things for buyers to nit pick.
