Newbie Flipping in Dallas/Fort Worth

Hey everyone,

My name is Blake. I'm brand new to this site and will start flipping homes in the DFW metroplex very soon. I want to make sure I don't make a bad decision with my first purchase and would even be interested in partnering if someone is interested in doing so. Is there anyone on here familiar with the area that can give me some advice? Any tips from veterans in the community that I need to know to help me in my journey? Just a little nervous since I'm new to this but definitely ready.

Look forward to hearing from you,

Blake Watkins

Welcome aboard, Blake. When you are evaluating a deal you can post about it here for some feedback. You don't have to put the address, but give us your numbers and the comps.

Hi @Blake Watkins

I'm also in Fort Worth. Which REI meeting did you attend? I attended one in Arlington. I'm new also, but we can analyze deals together or talk further if you'd like.
