She has de glass Windows that look like mini blinds an The air comes trough each sepárate piece of glass.  Then she has to change The Windows for high impact. How much can be The cost for impact Windows around 17  and The labor ? Also to change three doors with their frames.they aré charging Her about 20 thousand and as a flipper i think that is crazy but YouTell me please. As long as the windows close, you don't need to change them in order to add A/C. It won't be very energy efficient but you can size the units to work. Depending on the house construction, insulation, etc. this can be an expensive process to install all new ductwork (do you have access) and equipment. Does the electrical service have capacity to add condenser and AHU or does it need to be upgraded? Changing all the windows to impact glass (also called laminated glass) with Florida product approvals or NOA's can cost $500 to $1000+ per opening depending on the size, including labor, but it can vary greatly depending on whether you are using production windows and changing the rough opening to suit or you are going for custom windows to fit the existing opening. She does not have to upgrade to impact; she can change all the windows with non-impact and add hurricane shutters very inexpensively (relatively), but will need a location to store them and it can be a hassle in the event of a storm. They also won't have the added benefits of greater security and noise dampening. Good luck.
