Hi everyone. I am in Los Angeles, CA. I want to buy a house to flip with cash. I dont need an agent to find me the house, I can find it myself.
1. I dont want to pay a buyers commission, can I find the house and submit the offer myself and save some money by not having a buyers agent and just work with the seller agent?
2. If i buy a house cash how long does it take to close the sale ? There will be 2 people on title..
