YOUR Top 5 Contractor Questions - Answered

Hi all BP folks, I could only speak for a GC in Los Angeles, CA setting, I'm thinking of posting a blog about contractors, rehabbing, vetting contractors, what to get from contractors before starting a job, how to manage them, and etc. The very common post I find is, flippers can't find the right contractors, I am not understanding why that happens. Another common problem is getting 3 quotes, if you shop too much, then eventually, you will rule out all busy contractors, typically they are busy because they get hired most of the time.

Anyway, can you post YOUR top 5 questions and I will try to pick the top 10 to answer them. It will also give me an idea on what to put on that article.

This being a blog on what we as contractors think, how we think, and what makes us work for you. And another part of the blog is what to prepare on your side BEFORE you invite a contractor to do job walk.
