Siding a Home

Good evening- I am thinking of making an offer on 1300 sqr foot home that needs new siding. Any general idea of how much it is to put siding on a home? The asking price is 22,000 and ARV is 88,000.

@Dan MacDuffie - that's going to be a localized question specific to your area... might want to reach out to some folks in your neck of the woods.  As well, you'll need to let them know what kind of siding... wood, fiber, engineered, vinyl, etc.
