Hi all, I was referred to BP by a friend. My group and I recently starting out in Chicago/near suburbs. We have secured funding, additionally to our own, and are now starting to look for properties. We are looking to network and get input  or advice from like minded individuals. Any feedback is appreciated and thank you in advance.
