Flipping Houses
Good Morning BP,
I have a question for you guys. Today my Aunt called me about putting up her credit for a guy who wants to flip houses.She seems very uncertain about it and desperate.The guy has never flipped a house before but she says hes very ahmbitious. What kind of advice can i give her before trying something like that?

Why would your aunt put up money for "a guy" to flip houses, when he has never done it and she knows nothing about it as well. Need way more info before having any other thought then, tell her no!
