App or program for putting Estimate costs together
Well we are bidding on our 3rd SFR tomorrow, I am using a rehab loan that a local bank with give me. The issue is they want me to be very detailed oriented on every little thing, which is fine and understandable. The question that I have is, what app or programs are out there which will be easy to setup for them,possible even scan bar codes into.
