When rehabbing a SFH that will be bought by a first time homebuyer, how frequently is granite used as a countertop instead of laminate? Also, what is the difference in price between the two?

go on zillow and look at pictures of houses for sale in the area where your house is located. If they have granite, the agent will have put a picture of it on the listing and you'll see it.
