looking to invest in east houston, Pasadena & deerpark areas
I'm thinking of investing in the East Houston, Channelview, Pasadena and deerpark areas. I don't want to make my farm area to large but I would not pass up a deal in out side areas. I'm wanting to know if anyone has any knowledge on weather or not these area are good for rehabbing single family homes. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
