Advantages of using Commercial insurance for a rehab?

Hello investors,

I am not able to find an answer for why I should get a commercial insurance over a home owners insurance for a rehab project? This is my first project and I want to make sure the reason for using a commercial insurance justifies my payments.

Also, any average on how much I should be looking at paying for it in Worcester, Mass?
