Health Insurance

Wondering what people who don't have the benefit of having a spouse's employer sponsored insurance do for health insurance?

This is a huge cost that goes up every year.

I would love to rehab full time again but the cost of health insurance is a big issue.

Any thoughts

I am about to go full time and quit my W2 job that provides insurance. I can get a mediocre plan with a high deductible for less than $300/month on the exchange. The plans I was looking at ranged from $160-$450 for the most expensive. At $300/month the cost is very affordable. Would you stay at a job you hate so they can cover your insurance at $3,600/year? Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and pay for some of those benefits out of pocket to do what you want to do.
