Replacement Oven

I am and property owner and property manager for one unit. The entire Kenmore oven, burner, and clock suddenly stopped working while the tenants were cooking. We tested the electrical outlet and it works just fine. We have had horrible experience with Sears and would like to purchase a new oven. Does anyone recommend places where we can buy ovens with good customer service?
