To stain or not to stain, Wood deck that is
I'm finishing up a rehab in which I built a 40ft x 12ft 2 level deck on the back. Its 5/4 PT decking boards. I am wondering if it is smarter (in regards to selling the home for maximum profit) to stain, paint, or leave the deck alone as it is new. The home is mid level pricing for the area listing for $400k.
