Rehabbing a house with old doors

Hi all. Just curious if there is a common practice in dealing with older homes with old doors. Most rehabs I see have new doors and hardware. But i was wondering if you'd replace a solid wood doors for the hollow ones if the hardware needed to be updated? What if you must replace at least one door in the house, do you just replace all of them to match?

It depends on the house and doors.

I've done both, left doors and replaced them. Any flush/flat door, hollow or solid I replace with hollow core molded  panel doors. any solid style and rail panel doors I try and keep. Most original doors you can find matching ones at salvage places or Craigslist. That's the way I would do to replace one single door.

I will also say, I have been in $500-600,000 newer homes and they have hollow core doors. As much as solid core is preferred, I think a lot of people either don't know or don't care.
