Looking for advice on Flipping Houses!
My name is Jake Blackledge. I am a 20 year old living in Woodstock, GA. I am looking to get started in my house flipping dreams! At the beginning of this year I obtained my real estate license and I am currently working under Keller Williams Realty Partners. With a few transactions under my belt and a little more knowledge in the real estate world I am ready to dive back into what I originally got my license for! Real Estate Investing! I have read numerous books and researched for countless hours on house flipping and after reading The Book on Flipping Houses I felt that getting involved in the BiggerPockets community is my next step. On here you can connect with thousands of people that will hopefully share their experience with young entrepreneurs such as myself! My biggest questions right now is.... How do you get started flipping houses when you have NO MONEY?!?! I know it is possible and I have done research on it and have seen a few possible strategies, but i would love to see what experienced investors have to say!

Hi and welcome Jake. I'm not an experienced investor, (just closed my first property not too long ago in Norway), but flipping houses with low and no money down is very much possible, yes.
