My wife and I have been involved in building and improving homes for the last 10 years. We're both 37 and are looking to really get involved in flipping and/or improving homes for potential clients. I would love some information on the best places to
1. Find some additional capital /partners for first purchases.
2. Have additional information on the best places to purchase low cost homes.
