Feedback as to demand for this service is required.
All agents/property owners understand a property advertised on a website or property platform requires traffic.
However the market is over bloated with platforms, that under deliver on property sales at the speed your paying for.
Why?
Lack of property page optimization (seo)
Nobody bothers to optimize the property page for search engines,if they do ,they either have to learn seo or purchase additional services.
No property page social media campaign
A single property requires engagement,this can be archived through social media,after all social media is in real time.Submitting a link or image once to Facebook creates very little attention,a constant campaign is required.
A Property page needs video
A video campaign is a must, this is viral advertising after all.
