My first flip

Hello!  I'm new to real estate. I would like to get involved in flipping residential properties in the Atlanta Area. However, I'm not sure whether I should go through a wholesaler and play it safe since I'm new to this or should I go through a realtor and save money to apply towards the rehab. I've been educating myself with videos and articles but this is my first time and I don't want to make a huge wrong decision.  thoughts?

Talk to at least 3 wholesalers and at least 5 agents about your plan and goals.
