I have been investing in real estate for a few years now, but all buy and holds. My business partner and I are just starting to look at flip opportunities in the Denver area. We would really appreciate a referral for a TRUSTWORTHY CONTRACTOR in the DENVER AREA. Neither of us live in the Denver area, so a trustworthy contractor will make a world of difference! Thanks for any guidance possible!
