Signed a contract to fix & flip a home with $420,000.00 after repair value (ARV) in Columbus, OH, and thinking of sticking with tried & true earth tones & hickory or cherry cabinets vs. trendy grays & white cabinets. Sound off with your option please. I have white kitchen cabinets and they get food all over them, and dark wood hides flying stains so much better. Comments please!!!
