What are some terms you have gotten for rehab/New construction? I am in Columbus Ohio and would like to see what the local companies offer.

 Hi Ryan, if you are looking for a few people you could reach out for funding I have a few some of our clients have looked at in Columbus. The rates and fees have held them back but when the deal is good enough it shouldn't be an issue. These guys see hundreds of deals and can almost give you a bootcamp on what's a good deal and what isn't a good deal when you submit a package to them. Please PM me if you'd like a few referrals.
