First Time Flipping Deal with a Partner
Hi! My fiancé and I have been really eager to get started in real estate investing. We have been doing lots of research, but have not landed a deal yet. We were approached by an investor friend saying he found two properties and he would like to personally fund the deals if we did the actual flip. We are definitely going to jump in on this offer, but I am asking for some tips. Since we have never done a deal before I just want to make sure we go into it right-what are some questions to ask our investor friend?
