Interested in rehab/renovating and flipping....
Hello everyone!
I am new to the real estate investing business. I am currently working with my realtor out of TX regarding property in the Tacoma, WA area. We are working to do loan assumptions. A few of the houses that have popped up are fixer-uppers.
I am looking to make possible deals with people who are interested in purchasing homes, renovating them, and then reselling on the market.
I already have about 10 addresses of homes in the Tacoma area that will need anywhere from $15-70k in renovation.
