Raising money for real estate investment!!!!

I bought my first primary residence a few month a ago and I  start looking to get investment property right away, at least this year. I live in Austin, the city taht fast growing and I see construction going left and right. 

I done some  improvements in my place and believe that property might  worth . Is anybody know how soon I can pull equity out of house?

Is there is  other ways how I can raise the capital for future investment?

I am interested in doing BRRRR strategy,buying , remodel, rent it out and refinance . Please suggest if is there is something I can do parallel with that.

Any advices will be appreciated.
