Looking to Trade Hard work for experience

My name is Marcus and I'm going to take my first crack at rehabbing a home for profit in a couple of months. I'm not a complete novice in the real estate Industry with a couple of years as a real estate agent and I do have general knowledge of the process.
I'm looking to find an investor who is currently working on a project in the Tacoma / Seattle, Wa. area that would be willing to trade some free labor to help me gain some experience in the process.
I'm a very hard working person and would appreciate the opportunity very much.
