Hello Rehabbers... Lien Waiver during, or solely after flip?

I saw that my state provides a template for a lien waiver that can be presented to the GC at the time of progress payments/invoices. I assume industry standard is to have the GC only sign the one lien waiver form at the end of his services, but am curious.

Do you personally only go through this once, or do you provide your contractors with this multiple times throughout the flip? (The form states that they do not have the right to place a lien for services provided/completed work up until the date that you sign that particular form).

You have the GC and each and every sub sign off the lien waiver once their work is complete and exchange that for their final draw.
