Any hot areas in Las Vegas to flip?
I will be in Las Vegas from May 9th - 13th and would love to check out some properties while there. Any leads?
Any recommendations for investor friendly brokers, agents and contractors for Vegas
Would also love to look at some properties that have been flipped to see the level of finish and materials used etc.
Are there any areas to stay away from? Meaning: properties don't sell well in certain neighborhoods that are rough or? What areas are hot right now?
