Need some advice on estimating closing costs and entities

Looking for someone who has or is currently doing fix and flips in New Jersey to estimate closing costs and entity structure... spoke to a few lawyers but I feel they're just trying to sell me something I don't need. Working on building my team and getting a good idea on all these expenses. Please advise and Thank You in Advance. Best Regards George
