Hello Fellow Members, I am new investor and I wanted to know if anyone has any good informations on the recent and up and coming investor areas in Northern Virginia for rehab and flip purposes and also maybe for buy and hold too. Also, are there any areas that are more distressed than others in Northern Virginia that might have short sale or foreclosure opportunities? Thanks! Michael
