Hi,

I recently inherited a free and clear 3/2 sfh along with my siblings. They are pushing a sale but I would like to use it as rental property. Is it a good idea to use hard money to buy them out and use for repairs? Has anyone used hard money for buy/hold ?Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks
