Real Estate Investing - Fix & Flip

Hey everybody! My business partner and I just signed up with BiggerPockets and we're looking to build our network here in southern California. We currently own a couple rental properties along with working on a couple fix & flip projects here in California and Idaho. We have completed a half dozen successful projects thus far and looking to grow. I wanted to get some feedback and/or recommendations on current private or hard money programs. We're looking to grow our portfolio and just wanted to see what else was out there.
