Mailing to owner of multi family dwelling
What happens when you mail to a multi family property when it is tenant occupied?
Does the mail get sent back to you? Do the tenants get the mail?
Does anyone have experience with mailing to the owner of a multi family dwelling? Do you have to mail to the owners personal residence?
